About this tool
Send an HTTP request with any method, any number of custom headers and a request body, then view the status, timing and formatted JSON response. Requests go directly from your browser to the target — no server proxy sits in the middle, so localhost development servers are reachable. Requests are aborted after 30 seconds and at most 1 MB of a response is read, so pointing the tool at a large file cannot hang the tab.
Because requests originate in the browser, the target API must send permissive CORS headers for the response to be readable; this is a browser rule that no client-side tool can bypass. The URL must be absolute, so a bare path cannot be resolved against this site by mistake, and no Content-Type is set for you — add one as a header if the API needs it.
