DNS Lookup

Query every common record type for a domain at once, each parsed into readable fields rather than a raw string: MX by priority, SOA broken into serial, refresh, retry and expiry, CAA decoded into flags, tag and value, SRV into priority, weight, port and target. Enter an IP instead and it performs a reverse (PTR) lookup with forward-confirmation — resolving the PTR name back to check it points home, which is the trust signal mail servers use.

Answers come from public DNS-over-HTTPS resolvers, queried directly from your browser, so nyaa.tools never sees or logs what you look up. The comparison view queries more than one resolver and highlights where they disagree, which reveals cache skew after a record change — note that this compares public resolver caches, not authoritative nameservers worldwide.
