About this tool
Convert text to and from Base64, hexadecimal, percent-encoding and binary written as 0s and 1s. Unicode is handled correctly via UTF-8, so emoji and non-Latin scripts round-trip without corruption.
The Base64 decoder also accepts the URL-safe Base64url variant used by JWT segments, with or without padding, so you can paste a token part straight in. Encoding always emits standard Base64 with + and / — there is no encode-to-Base64url direction.
Because everything is computed locally, you can safely decode tokens, secrets and payloads without transmitting them to a third-party server.
